Limousine South Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all pre booked Private Charter and Day Tour services contracted with Limousine South and also it's subsidiary company Queenstown Highlights.

Multi-day Tours:

  • Cancellations of previously confirmed multi-day tour bookings notified within 7 days of the commencement of service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmed price.
  • Cancellations of previously confirmed multi-day tour bookings notified within 24 hours of the commencement of service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the confirmed price.

Day Tours and Sightseeing:

  • Cancellations of previously confirmed services notified more than 48 hours before the commencement of services will not be charged, with the exception of third party costs Limousine South has incurred as a result of the cancellation (hotels, activities, contracted guiding services, etc.).
  • Cancellations of services between 24 hours to 48 hours of the booked pick up time will be charged at 50% of the confirmed price, with the exception of third party costs Limousine South has incurred as a result of the cancellation (hotels, activities, contracted guiding services, etc.), which may be charged at 100%.
  • Cancellations of services within 24 hours of the booked pick up time will be charged at 100% of the confirmed price.

Airport Transfers:

  • 100% cancellation fees apply for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled flight arrival time or deprature pick up time. No-shows will be charged at a 100% cancellation fee unless amended flight details are advised no later than 1 hour prior to original scheduled flight arrival time or departure pick up time.

Queenstown Highlights, Queenstown Highlights Full Day, Queenstown Highlights in Spanish and Queenstown Highlights Combos:

  • 'No shows' or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable

Limousine South and Queenstown Highlights will always endeavour to accommodate any changes made to dates and times of pre-booked services to avoid implementing the above cancellation clauses, as well as use its discretion for unforeseen circumstances such as illness and flight disruptions.

Payments

All prices on the website are quoted and charged in New Zealand dollars and will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Limousine South. We use a secure payment method audited and approved by our bank.
