Limousine South is owned and managed by Jeremy and Belinda Crichton.
Jeremy’s career in luxury transport goes back to 1999 when he worked with one of only two limousine operators in Queenstown at that time.
He identified the opportunity to move the business to another level and took over the company, building up a great reputation for service along the way.
Belinda developed operations and accounts systems to match the needs of a fast-growing tourism operator, while Jeremy marketed and grew the English-speaking business. He also harnessed his multi-linguistic background to develop a niche in foreign language driver-guiding.
Though the English language service is still very much at the forefront of Limousine South, it has become the largest South Island foreign language company in the sector, offering expert, locally-based driver-guides speaking Spanish, French and Portuguese.
The company is governed by a number of fundamental and non-negotiable cornerstones.
- Absolute quality is a primary foundation. At Limousine South the word ‘luxury’ is not used lightly, every aspect of the operation lives up to this promise.
- The very best people are crucial to client satisfaction. The company’s success stands and falls on the ability of front-liners talking to, and interacting effortlessly with clients, to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Premium vehicles are a must. The fleet not only has to be luxurious, it also has to be safe, perfectly maintained, solidly reliable and suited to every need the company can pre-empt.
- Environmental awareness is a high personal priority for the Crichtons, and Limousine South is no different. Any business sector which utilises internal combustion brings an eco-challenge and Jeremy and Belinda see this as an opportunity to put their green commitment to the test.
